The Quest for a Cowl: How to Make Adam West Batman Gloves
I've been shopping around for the best quality and most accurate costume components for my 1966 Batman TV series costume and from what I found, Chuck and Lynne Williams make the best Batman Cowl. I have also come to find out that the Williams' also make screen accurate Robin and Wonder Woman costumes as well.
One other cool thing I found was Lynne's blog "Sewing Cafe," where Lynne shares her sewing talents and a look at how these wonderful creations come together. Recently she revealed how to make Adam West style Batman gloves. When I was about 7 years old, I sewed a Spiderman costume for myself and actually learned how to sew back then, but I am not sure if I am going to attempt to make my own gloves. It is probably better to just buy a pair. If you want to check out Lynne's tutorial on how to make your Batman gloves, check it out HERE.
