I am not going to see The Dark Knight Rises until Saturday and the midnight showings are sold out in my hometown. Without any spoilers, those of you going to any of the midnight showings, please tell us what you thought.

DeleteAlmost twelve hours later and I am still processing it. (It didn't help that we walked out of the theatre at 3am!)
ReplyDeleteIt was good; spectacular even. But it was...huge. The only way I can describe it is if they literally turned Bane into a movie. It was big and brutal and, yeah...huge.
I don't have the vocabulary yet to describe it. It isn't Batman Begins and it isn't The Dark Knight. It could stand alone and yet it comes full circle. And I find myself liking it more and more the more I think about it, almost in spite of myself.
Can't wait to hear your thought on it!
